SESI / PE honored, on Thursday (20), about 40 partner organizations ViraVida program in the 2013/2014 edition. For the fourth consecutive year, the entity recognized companies and institutions that made possible the inclusion of almost 300 State of young people in social vulnerability is by the hand of qualifying work or enter the job market. The ceremony took place in the foyer of the House of Industry.
Partners who stood out were given the social seals. In the company category, 14 received the award, six with gold and eight silver, employed by younger program, providing a decent working environment, in accordance with the standards of the International Labour Organisation (ILO). Entities, nine were recognized by active engagement in the program, with five gold and four silver. Already the 17 institutions that have partnered for the 2013/2014 edition have been certified by the action of social responsibility. Check out the full list.
Results - At the time, former student of the program, Clécia Teixeira, 23, represented the youths', in a speech thanking the SESI and partners for the initiative. Thrilled, now the lab assistant in the chemical industry, Benzoquímica, spoke about the impact of the action for the benefit. "This project really changes people's lives, like mine. I became a professional and now my family is proud of me. I also have and want to move on, do technical course and college. Dona Fatima (the owner of Benzoquímica), I will never forget what you did, thank you for believing in me, "he said.
Like other young ViraVida, Clécia was trained and sent to the labor market by the program. Owner of Benzoquímica, Fatima Salazar, said "it is gratifying to participate in this initiative. We have won twice, providing opportunities for work experience to these young people and getting professionals committed to the company and interested in learning more and more." The superintendent of SESI / PE, Ernane Aguiar stressed that "beyond all psychosocial support and vocational training carried out, including these young people is realized with the effective inclusion of them in the labor market, which is only possible thanks to our partners."
